Deposit

• We require a 50% deposit to secure a booking, which is to be paid in our account.
• The balance is payable upon arrival plus a refundable Key & Breakage deposit.

Cancellation

• Reservations will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received within 24 hours of accepting the quote.
• Cancellation 6 weeks or more prior to occupation will be liable for 25%.
• Cancellation 4 weeks or more prior to occupation will be liable for 50%. 
• Cancellation 2 weeks or less prior to occupation or a "No Show" will forfeit the deposit.
